Addison Homes, LLC has been named ‘Outstanding New Member of the Year’ by The Guild of the Greenville Symphony Orchestra. The Symphony Guild cited Addison Homes’ sponsorship of The Guild’s 2007 Summer Fling EarthCraft™ Model Home tour in the Carilion community, and the $10,000 contribution made to The Guild from tour proceeds.
The 2007 Summer Fling presented open house tours of an EarthCraft™ Model Home featuring the latest in green building practices, and energy efficient and environmentally friendly construction. The house was built by Addison Homes, a regional leader in green building that constructs all of its homes to the rigorous ENERGY STAR® and EarthCraft House™ standards. Addison Homes was named 2007 EarthCraft House Regional Builder of the Year for its commitment to building healthy, energy efficient homes in the Southeast region. Southface Energy Institute and The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, founders of the EarthCraft House green building program, award the designation.
